[2021] Am I the only one getting dull arcstones in umbral escalation?

I keep getting 33-35 dull arcstones every single 10-50 esca run? I reported it in-game 3 days ago and in the Bug megathread but haven't got an answer yet. Are you experiencing the same? They usually pop when you "charge" your lantern for amps and you can see it in the left corner where your loot is displayed and at the summary table after you defeat thrax. Please tell me I'm not the only one
