[2021] Thundering Scythe no perks or UE?

Hi all, does anyone know why the Thundering Scythe axe has no perks or Unique Effect? Is it by design or is it a bug? I googled it and previous posts have stated that it should have Aetheric Attunement and +30% dmg to heads. I've tried asking their Help Support and in the Bugs thread here but did not get any replies. I'm getting the Malkarion axe soon and want to bond with the scythe.
