I'm looking into this issue - and as much as I hate to ask if you have time to answer a few questions ....

• Could you let me know the first couple questions it is asking you?
• Is it the same series of questions each time?

I'm trying to nail down what is happening here and having some difficulties getting the issue to replicate for me.
