[2021] Heroic fresca bugged for anyone else? Killed Urska, got the merit. Says I didn't get kill credit.

Hey folks - there was an issue with Frost "Heroic" Escalation being activated early this morning, where levels were not correct, and Urska was not the heroic version. We've now switched it back to Terra. Frost Hesca will go live with 1.7.2 later this morning.
