I made multiple bug reports in game and one on Reddit about me not receiving any heroic merits for completing the last heroic umbral escalation 2 weeks ago. It still hasn't been fixed. I finally managed to get in contact with others recently that have had the same problem not receiving all their earned heroic merits. They all said that the staff don't care and that I'll just have to deal with this and possibly miss out in the future like they had to. I think this is BS.

Do ya'll not realize just how hard doing the runs or even having to completely max an account beforehand is? Do you not realize all the time and effort we put in the builds and strategy use in each and every rotation only to not receive anything for our trouble? It seems to me that there's a serious lack of communication between Phoenix Labs and players. Things like this and the decreasing the drop rate of premiums from presents then increasing it back without telling anyone fiasco prove it.

Here's your proof of me doing these legit if anyone bothers to read this post :'( The one where it says unlock Agarus' wreath is because I was hovering over it while taking the screenshot because that's the next one I'm aiming for.

My Epic account name is MythicSunbeam130 and I play on PC.

I'm not gonna categorize this as a bug report again. I WANT people to know about some of the sh*t ya'll pull.

Edit: I made this post prior to knowing that the only way the staff will fix my issue is going to their bug report site. Just goes to show there really is a lack of communication here. So future readers, go easy on me here.

If you make in-game bug reports or bug report on reddit, nothing gonna happen to you, you just let the devs know this issue exists.

If you write to the dauntless support, they will answer you and might fix the problem in 1-2 days
