[2021] To the Training Grounds!

Hello new player here. Im stuck in the que for the very first Quest "To the Training Grounds!" Speak with Trainer Rosk. I have been searching for Slayers for over 4 hours now with no success :( I was looking around the town after the first tutorial and collected all 10 shards, i play on PS4 and have crossplay enabled. I also tried reseting progress and making a new char. I also submitted this bug yesterday with no reply, idk what to do anymore at this point other than seeing my slayers club boost running out...
