[2020] Legendary Weapons and 1.5.0

With 1.5.0, was wondering what we need to do to prepare in regards to legendary weapons. Right now, there's no reason to get bonded weapons up past +10 to get the max UE. Would hate to think that we'd have to reset both the legendary and bonded weapons to get max benefit.
