Are you logged into the website with the correct account? I know that sounds like a stupid question, but the 2 times I’ve seen this issue the person had accidentally logged in with their secondary account that didn’t have a Dauntless account connected.
When you scroll up to the top where it displays your username, does it show the username for the system you’re currently playing on?
If it doesn’t, make sure to log out of both our site and the epic site, then log back into our site with your proper epic account.
If it does, please contact support.playdauntless.com and they should be able to pull up your account and see what is happening.
