I know nobody here can do sh*t about my issue, but I am so frustrated I gotta get this off my chest. I started playing Dauntless a month ago. I wrote a post previously regarding an issue I encountered with the Saints Bond Hunt Pass on the first day of the event. Yes, I know it is not worth the plats but I really wanted the armor transmog lol.

TDLR; Decided to AFK to take a dump, and clearly remembered Saints Bond hunt pass being left at level 8. Was disconnected due to AFK, came back and realized my Event Pass is shown as "Completed" but no armor transmog in my inventory. Unable to set as active as its somehow "Completed".

Submitted a ticket via support immediately and received a reply pretty quick from "Kurt". Emails were exchanged to help him understand the issue I am facing, even provided them screenshots etc. He also acknowledge that as per my account logs, I am at Rank 8 of my event pass, and said that he will get the dev team to look into it.

Being the anxious person that I am (also because the replies werent very convincing and assuring), I urged them for some updates on whats being done etc, then I received a reply from some other dude named "Gerald" who promised me everything will be resolved by Monday, and that I will receive the items I paid for.

I have sent several emails since the last response and have not received a single reply. The event is ending in 2 days. I dont even know if they will ever look into this because they also mentioned that this issue is an 'isolated' case as nobody else encountered it. I enjoy the game so much despite the minor bugs every once in awhile. But having the support team going silent at this point is scary for me. Can somebody advise me on what to do? :(

Hey there, first off, sorry for the delay!

It looks like this needed dev assistance and it was a holiday here in Vancouver. We just got back to work now and we'll look into it!
