[2019] Disappointed from service

I purchased Dauntless Collector's Edition from 3 day ago But nothing recieved email back for date to shipping or another email more than confirm order mail.

Just hope they will response soon

Reason i post in reddit is i am worried about out of stock product because they said that is pre oder item and they will not shipping to me or not refund to me.

Please just send a email for me No matter it out of stock i will feel better than not response.
