[2021] In game voice chat

This is a major problem that has been getting worse with each update. This has a major issue with not working on the fly and goes from about 10min to a whole 4 hours of it not enabling itself.
when we toggle voice off or on it should work immediately. Instead when you turn it on you have to wait for it to enable itself (which i have played a 4 hour session and it never enabled itself) Myself and a couple other people have had it randomly turn itself off and even after resetting the game it still wont work.
This is something that should be fixed or removed entirely if it cant function properly. When trying to help new slayers this would be helpful but instead it becomes another obstacle that slows down players understanding of the game.
