How to use the desperado bundle, when already linked to epic games?

I only can klick refresh. my char is as old as beta

REDEEM A CODE

You must create a character or link an existing account before you can redeem a code.

  1. Sign in to Dauntless on PC (Epic Games store), Xbox One, or PlayStation 4.
  2. Create your character and complete your first hunt.
  3. Return to this page and hit Refresh.
  4. Enter and redeem your code.

Can you confirm you are logged into the playdauntless website with the same account you are currently playing in-game with?

We display that message when there is no Dauntless character on a given account.

Hmm, ok that is usually the issue, could I get you to go to support.playdauntless.com and submit a ticket explaining the issue? They will be able to pull your account up and easily see what is happening.
