So, I just came back to dauntless after about a year. I have the shattered isles milestone and some basic gear. The only problem is I have no quests, the options to go an escalation, trial, and training ground are grayed out, and there aren’t any quest markers or quest givers. Am I missing something? Is there anyway for me to progress?

Are you really early in the game? We've identified a bug impacting players that only completed roughly the first 5 - 8 quests in the game. If you're much further in the game, it might be a different issue. So any more info you can provide would be useful.
And I'm referring to the early quests before the recent rework.

Okay thanks I think that's the bug we found then. Working on a fix for next patch and will look to see if we can fix it earlier through a server fix.

Please log in again because we believe we’ve fixed all blockers with patch 1.5.1 and the second migration. You should be able to progress up the Slayer’s Path again and have enough Merits to unlock the first island and progress.
It has not been solved for my character.
I played like 5~8 hours years ago and have returned last week. I wanted to test out the repeaters but there are no main quests for me.
Okay, can you submit a ticket to customer service because they should have the tools to help you out.
I've had the same issue since I returned as well. I've sent two reports via your webpage on epic games site and one in-game without any response, I only want to progress through the story together with my fiancée, who I've finally got to play the game with me. I can't find any reports or fixes for this issue that works.
