[2021] Please get rid of Aetherheart mechanic

Can you at the very least make aetherhearts purchasable in the store? I do not like the grind of getting a weapon to level 20 then having to restart all the way at level 1. I have looked for an aetherheart in chests for days & days and spent hour after hour grinding and have yet to find one. This is honestly one of the dumbest crafting mechanics I have ever seen in a video game. Which sucks because I legitimately enjoy Dauntless, but due to this in not sure I'll play it much longer. It's infuriating and disheartening.

SN & Fix: I previously read that AH were a findable item but just read they are not and only craftable through reforge. That's makes it even worse. Dauntless just lost a new player and I'm sure they've lost countless others due to the aetherheart mechanic. It should be a purchasable item, or at the very least just let us use sparks to create a heart without the stupid weapon reforge connected to it. That's just too much. I don't want to play for 4 days just to get a single AH and surge one piece of equipment.
