[2020] Stuck on Seismic Shift :/

Hey guys, i havent find something similar for any reference so here it goes.

After past week's contract i ended with an extra Seismic Intel. So i was 1/2 to complete Seismic Shift.

Today i finished Elemental Health but get no Intel and i cant complete Seismic Shift to finally finish Seismic Intelligence.

Does anybody knows if this is expected or a bug? Thanks!
