At the moment when one launches the game after 40 seconds of loading a message appears

"Welcome to Dauntless. Dauntless is an evolving game ..."

and the loading stops unless you press OK. Then you need to wait another 10 seconds and press "PLAY!", then wait another 30 seconds until the server is found.

All this is quite annoying, without all those presses one can just launch the game and go make a tea, return and start playing. But atm one needs to sit in front of the computer and press the buttons for the game to load.

I get why we need the "play" button, server time is costly. But why do we need the disclaimer button? Active players have seen this message a thousand times. Please make it one time disclaimer, just like terms of use agreement in most of the games. Or at least show it when the loading process is complete so you don't need to wait inbetween pressing "OK" and "play", i.e. just like it is done with "enter ramsgate" daily banner.

I've passed this on and I think the team agrees that this needs some love. We'll consider some options and see if we have time to adjust it!

The most annoying things in this game are definitely the things that could be fixed in a f**king day (not all at once, obviously) but they just decide to not pay attention to that. Took like three weeks for them to fix the Sahvyt problem. Three f**king weeks. Bruh. And it's been what? A month since Terra effect is bugged? How about Kharabhak's annoying sound bug?

I bet it's a simple f**king number they changed in the code but I also bet it's spaghetti as f**k so they take a full month to fix a few little things that should've been fixed overnight as soon as they were found. It's crazy how the bug reporting thread gets dozens of new annoying bugs every time a new patch comes out.

Same goes for simple QoL fixes like the one you mentioned.

Most of these bugs are usually fixed internally fairly quickly (and in a lot of cases before the patch even goes live), but the reality of a live game that exists in parity on 6 platforms is that there's a long period between the time a patch is locked down and the time it goes live because of certification delays and a lot of other factors.
This has the unfortunate effect of players thinking that we're "lazy" or "don't care about it" because bug fixes come in a couple of weeks later, when we're actually as passionate about our game as you are...😞
