[2021] Escas should have minimum requirements

Getting really tired of queueing for 10-50 escas and having one player who is drastically undergeared getting one shot. Queueing for public group escas should have a minimum gear/weapon requirement to even queue to prevent this from happening.

For those who are inevitably going to say 'just solo it' my answer is no. Can i? Yes. However i prefer a group because its more fun for me and being punished by having to carry deadweight is BS. Im a social person and like running with others even if there isnt communication. Its more fun to me. No one should be forced into matches with undergeared players and be expected to drag them along when they offer nothing in the way of damage, or support and get 1 shot by any behemoth move. PHXL really needs to address this. Obviously restrictions need not apply to solo queues but those who are public queueing and expect competent team members shouldnt get the shaft just because they dont want to always run solo.
