[2019] Unable to craft Gnasher Armor at Moyra.

As stated in the title I can't seem to craft Gnasher armor. It does not show up anywhere on the list. I've slayed Gnasher multiple times, I've completed the quest to craft armor but it's not showing up in the crafting station. What am I missing?
