It is clearly shown in the official picture as well as the image in the Reward Cache that this transmog chest piece is supposed to have a sash over the shoulders. I bought it and there is no sash when equipped. Is this a known issue? Is there some hidden rumour to unlock the sash? The chest piece without the sash looks horrible. PHXL give me my sash!
