So, like u/Marco-Green pointed out, SC support agents have a strict process for recovering accounts, especially the ones where money has been spent (like it seems to be the case here). If they ask for the first receipt, you need to provide it, not another one. That and other pieces of information.
I understand that it could be painful and not practical, but it's in our opinion, better than to give an account with hundreds of dollars of spending on it to the wrong person.
Unfortunately, I can't help here, sorry. My best advice is to provide exactly what the support asks.
