[2019] game freezes when shooting at players

whenever i shoot at a player my game freezes up for 4-5 seconds always resulting in me getting killed does not happen anytime else game is buttery smooth while doing anything else i can shoot zombies just fine i see people with gameplay on youtube where this does no happen any help would be appreciated :)
