[2020] Backer logged into Q why can't I any help. Key?

I jumped onto the Discord channel to try and ask and find some information on how I actually get the key.

I am very limited in the options and channels there and none of the moderators or admin can be arsed to answer any of your questions when you ask them. I don't have acsess to main chat channels.

I have the Dog Day package I'm a backer I'm also logged into the q software and it is registered that I have bought the game.

I don't see any options or any labels or any item in there that would even show a key other people seem to be already playing and experience the title why can I not get any information from anybody on how I actually receive my key or get onto the goddamn discod channel to find info.

Not happy.
