[2020] Kickstarter Backers

So i’ve been emailing support (rarely if they respond) and messaging someone from the discord (who stopped responding) for the past i’d say two weeks. I signed up on Qi with the same email as the email I used to back on kickstarter 3 years ago, and I have yet to receive a key or get any help on how to get it to work or show up. At this point id rather get my money back with the lack of help i’ve been receiving after supporting them for the last 3 years but i’m sure that won’t happen. Anyone else have this problem with the kickstarter backing or have any answers at all?
