[2020] Dead Matter - Closed Alpha Settings / Tutorials

So I got my key this morning and loving the game so far but yet to really dive into it.

I know you agree to the NDA when loading into the game but is it allowed to discuss the settings especially graphics, as the game isn't optimised yet?

I know the Discord is still locked for the time being and they mentioned there would be a new channel for backers to chat exclusively too but would it be a break of NDA to discuss the types of settings?

I am a bit of a noob especially when its graphic settings and usually I watch one the many tutorial videos on Youtube with someone going through.
