[2022] Why is haddonfield removed?

Haddonfield is disabled as right now we're working on both a visual and level design update for the map. As such it will be some time before it's re-enabled.

Fractured Cowshed and Father Campbell's Chapel - do have a bug on them, and those two will be re-enabled shortly.
