At 10 AM ET today, the matchmaking rating system will be disabled on all platforms. We made this decision following reports, data gathered and player feedback. We'll keep you posted as we continue to work on solutions. Thank you for your feedback.
@CaptainTripps4 When that might be the case for you, there were still too many unfair matches for us to keep the system up. We'll improve it and when we think we'll have a good version, we'll turn it live again.
@yoongeyye If you are concerned about this, you always have the option to opt out. However that might mean longer queue times for you as you will be matched with a smaller pool of players.
@HalluciiNaate @suicidexcore Our player support cannot really do anything about the bug but thank you for reporting it, that allows us to identify and fix bugs faster! We do not have a fix yet for that issue but we're looking into it.
@Celine_0016_ @xWalk_TTV Hello, the team is working on finding a solution as a matter of urgency. We have tried to implement a quick fix with our most recent patch, but this didn't pan out as we had hoped. Apologies for the situation and thank you for your patience.
