no there is no reward for linking your account to the BHVR account, it's there for if you wish to share your progression with other platforms that you might own.

May i ask something else if you know if i linked a BHVR account to Steam account then unlinked steam from BHVR, can i link the same Steam account to the same BHVR account after 60 days ?

yes after 60 days you can link the same Steam account, you can't actually link a different Steam account however. You can only ever link one account of the same platform to the BHVR account.
