I'm sorry you keep having this experience. You need to report the person in the game and send additional to our support and not Steams support, here: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000942011
If you want to report someone for cheating in the game, reporting them to Steam won't help with the report, as it needs to be done on our outlets so we can look into it.
