Hi...I'm going to need your log files on this, and what operating system are you using please.
You can get your log files here:
1. Press Windows Key + R to bring up "Run".
2. Type this in the "Run" prompt: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
3. The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file. Please attach it in your reply.

Any problem uploading these, you can either upload on the thread that my colleague above linked or contact me directly.

I will close this thread now, the issue with Win 7 users is resolved and you should be able to play without any issue. Thanks for all the help.
