[2021] grade reset

Rank (Grade) Reset has changed, as it will now reward playtime in the game - so you get a BP reward for the highest rank you reached in a season. Everyone gets set back to the same place, but as this isn't used for matchmaking purposes it doesn't make matches easier or more difficult.

Any info on some people not receiving the rewards?

I don't have an update yet I'm afraid, it's something that's still being looked into.
