[2021] Why do we get a temporary banned for leaving a match in progress?

It's pretty simple, in an online game such as this when you leave a match, you're ruining that match for the 4 other players who do want to play. Disconnecting is not something that's part of the game and as such is unwanted behaviour and is actively discouraged.
