[2020] Window 10 Only??

I don't see any reason why you'd have lag when playing under Win 7 - there's no game reason at least. However, Win 7 is not a supported operating system by Microsoft any longer so it might be well worth upgrading to Win 10 anyway - I believe this can still be done as a free update.
