We're currently looking into an issue on Steam preventing players to access their game or DLC. For some players logging out of Steam and restarting appears to help. We will update when we have more information. Thank you for your patience!

The issue seems to be resolved by doing the following: Go to your Steam app. Go to Steam > Settings > Downloads > Clear Download Cache. This will restart your app and you should be able to play DBD with no issue after.
