He doesn't mean it does not exist, but that it's extremely minimal so that prestiging is only worth for the cosmetics.

You're only prestiging for the cosmetics sake.

Yea i know the rarity bonus is so minimal that if your trying to prestige for better addons/items its basically worthless and you should only prestige if you want to get the bloody clothes or feel like you completed a character. People have also done studies and videos by purchasing 100 bloodwebs from each prestige and the evidence showed it wasnt really worth it in the long run.

Yea, I have prestiged mainly for the bloody clothing. Idk why, I'm not a completionist really!
