so i'm at my friends house and played DRG on my laptop ( Acer Nitro 5 w/ 1050 TI + 16GB ram ) and it's all fun and games, literally. it's amazing and I want more!
but when I get home and boot up my desktop ( 8700K / 1080 TI / 16GB ram ) I can barely play for 5 minutes before the game crashes.... I get random error codes every time but the latest one is this:
Assertion failed: [File:Unknown] [Line: 198] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A0006 - 'HUNG')
I've tried 60fps, 120fps, 144fps, uncapped, then custom, ultra, so on and so on. idk what settings are messed up but I can't play a single match and it's frustrating as hell! I even reset my Nvidia Control Panel to factory settings to see if I messed anything up. tried another match and it crashed after a few minutes... please help.
