It's everywhere - Steam just has the easiest place to push the news of the event on.
I doubt they will do that, people would leak the update weeks earlier. Probably only for smaller events and updates
For season updates we are also tweaking and bugfixing based on feedback from the experimental branch right up to release.
Hey Jacob, any plans to reveal Season 4? I think its way past due and rockpox is getting utterly boring.
