"Alki" reward glitch? for Lost packs

Hello fellow miners

I have been getting this glitch where I receive an "alki" skin that never appears in my inventory

The "alki" skin has appeared twice in my playthroughs, and lost pack usually work for the most part and i get the rewards after missions

I hope this isn't a glitch and Im just blind looking for cosmetic rewards, but I cant seem to find this skin anywhere on my dwarves

any advice is appreciated and thank you for the help!
