For some reason i received a 30 day ban from purchasing on Steam after my purchase of the game was revoked somehow. My bank recently updated our Debit cards and sent out new ones, and i made the purchase with my old card and played the game for several days, but yesterday while logging into steam i got a message telling me the purchase had been somehow "revoked" from my end... which is not the case. I contacted my bank and they told me they have record of the money being taken out of my account, but no record of the money being put back onto my card. After contacting Steam i just keep getting the same generic response telling me to buy the game again and pay the full price in order to unlock my account, or to contact my bank and have them resolve the issue.... which could take weeks. my banker had to send the issue up to management because they have never seen an issue like this before, and im just wondering if it has happened to anyone else, or if anyone knows a possible explanation for the issue. i love this game and dont know how to solve this issue!! /u/GSG_Jacob any ideas?

Afraid not - this is not something that we're involved in at all. All purchasing etc. is on Steams end, so this is an issue between Steam and your bank. Judging from the thing with the cards, it looks like you got hit by some quirk in their system, which had the card canceled retroactively after buying the game, thus nullifying the purchase, making Steams system think you bought something that you got refunded through your bank, thus triggering fraud protection.
