I'm on Xbox.. So, for some reason we have a few friends that finished the tutorial but can't join us. We send them an invite and nothing happens. But for some of us it works fine. Any help would be great. We're trying to get into this game. Thanks in advance.

The network layer has for some time (started 7-8 hrs ago) not allowed new players to join networked games.
The issue should now have been resolved. Please try joining games again.
