[2021] I dont think the health pool of Elites is what makes them unfun, I think its the appearance. See here how Borderlands handled their Badass enemies, and how DRG handles Elites. I know what Id rather be fighting.

Personally I agree and would love this, and I am totally lobbying for this to happen, but if it happens it will require a new system, which is out of scope for 34.
