To summarize the issue, on Salvage, bulk detonators will occasionally spawn directly on the objective and either make it impossible to hold the point or simply wipe the team outright. Two of the times this happened were during solo play, and I dealt with it, but the other time it happened to me, it wiped out our team of four players with its first attack, literally a second after it spawned. I have seen detonators spawn close to players on other modes, but it will typically just take out one person before the team gets it. On Salvage though, a detonator in the wrong place can straight up end the game. This is extremely frustrating when your team was crushing the mission and should have breezed through the uplink objective, but your run is ended by rubbish that shouldn't happen in the first place.

A bulk spawning right on top of you during a defense is not intentional, I will look into it.
