I'm curious about hyper propellant though. Will this damage buff be enough to overcome the explosive damage resist big enemies have? Otherwise it would have made more sense for them to have just changed the damage type to kinetic.

Also, I'm glad to see a buff to combat mobility.

The direct damage bonus from HP is kinetic, not explosive.

Nails + Tape now increases the explosion radius by 1m instead of 1.5m. The 0.5m has been moved to the base weapon.
