Am running Fullscreen in Native 2560x1440 and can confirm I also have this issue from time to time.
What brand of mouse?
Razer Deathadder V2.
I think there's some issues with the Chroma thing. I've seen people talking about disabling the module for it, and I've had those issue myself with a Razer mouse. I ended up getting another brand in the end.
