[2019] I failed a Kursite machine event because it didn't spawn enough bugs with Kursite in the amount of time it gave us. Felt bad.

It was only a hazard 3 and I suspect that's why it happened. I'd understand if it was like a balance thing or something, but they should at least be possible if they're going to exist. Felt bad for the guy who wasted a key on it. If failing it does in fact waste the keys. I wouldn't know, I haven't had much luck with machine events personally.
