As a newcomer to the game, I'm a bit concerned that I'm joining late to the party and that the game is winding down to end-of-life. I know there's a Season 6 confirmed and that the game can never truly die due to peer-to-peer, but that won't prevent it from feeling "dead" if content stops flowing following release of Season 6 and Rogue Core.

So basically my questions are, what have developers said regarding this? Are there still plans for content following the release of Season 6? Will DRG be supported alongside Rogue Core, or will Rogue Core basically overtake DRG and become their new sole focus going forward?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, not sure where you got that from, but our official stance is that we’re going to get Rogue Core out in Early Access, before we’ll plan what’s next for Deep Rock Galactic. We do not have Seasons planned up until 10.

Edit: We’ve never “planned ahead”, so it’s not like no plans means no new stuff. It just means that we’ve done one season before really considering what’s coming next.
