[2020] Console issues?

Anyone on Xbox having issues with the game constantly crashing and kicking us out of the game.

This has been happening after the recent patch and the game is so difficult to play now, took three tries to start a mission, finally joined one no issue completed to the end got the reward then just crashed and booted me to the dashboard again.

I've spoken with some friends that play this game and they've mentioned having the same problem and checking the servers, there isn't that many playing so it's not overloaded, is the game in the middle of an update right now or something because as of right now we can't properly play the game.
