[2020] Anyone know how to solve non-responsive server menu?

If I had to quantify this problem I would say it happens about 70 percent of the time when I play this game. The issue lies in the server list, it often goes completely unresponsive to my input, meaning I can click buttons (like join game), but absolutely nothing happens. Most of the time I play this game I have to use the quick join function, since the server list is completely non-cooperative to my input, and restarting the game/re-installing the game/backing out of the server menu never solves the issue at hand.

I was wondering if anyone has found a way around this, or a way to solve it comprehensively, since I wholeheartedly enjoy this game and this particular fault makes it difficult to fully experience it.
