So many developers out there today, especially in the indie game market, abuse the early access label. They charge full triple A prices for a broken, unfinished, buggy, unplayable mess of a game and promise their players that updates are coming.

Then they take the money and run. You never hear from them again.

The crew that is responsible for DRG are a shining example of what game devs should be. People who care about not only the quality of their game, but the experience the player has and actively try to make it better. The devs have been very engaged in the community to a level that is amazing, even being present on the sub reddit. It’s the only game I’ve seen from a small indie game whose reviews are nothing but glowing on steam, and show an overwhelmingly positive rating. There’s no predatory micro transactions, no loot boxes, and above all, the game is in AMAZING shape. They managed to develop a game that is great for all gaming demographics. The skilled elites who enjoy the higher hazard levels, and lonely solo gamers like me who stick to hazard 3 because we have no friends (except Bosco... Bosco is awesome).

I just want to congratulate the devs on the release of 1.0. I wish more triple a developers were like you guys. ROCK AND STONE!!
