[2019] Freezing second after loading in

My friend got me this game yesterday and I downloaded it today, ready to give the game a go. While loading for the tutorial, my game froze. I waited for a bit and nothing. I closed the game and opened it. I would load in for a second, and then the game freezes again. I've already whitelisted the game on my anti-virus, and I updated my graphics cards. I have a GTX 1050ti. No error code pops up when the game freezes. I still hear audio playing but my screen is frozen. I took it out of fullscreen and it took 5 seconds for it to freeze
