[2020] Request : make shield and C4 counters ingame (on top of the hud)

Heya Management !

First, props for finally getting good equip- I mean bar, space rig, all the good stuff is absolutely insane ! The perks are doooope as heck and the skins are the cherry on top.

Here's a small issue I have : I like playing with parts of the hud turned off, it does wonders for immersion to read how many bullets / pgl ammo I have left on the little counters attached to the weapons. However there is no such thing with the shield and the C4. Maybe those could get a new counter on them ? Or at least reactivating the hud for these 2 specific weapons ?

Those are nitpicks, just wanted to mention them while I think about it.

I heavily recommend any fellow miner reading this to turn off this part of the hud, it really helps for even more immersion !
